Campaign 26 Team Sales and Challenge

I owe my team the world. I am hoping to get it all caught up this week.

You all did a great job with Sales during Christmas! Sometimes campaigns are so easy to sell. We had many teammates win the Sales Challenge! Give yourselves a big pat on the back. A big congratulations to those who made it to level 3 Michelle Kampwerth, Angie Cole, Lisa Torres, Jessica Guerrero, and Kristina Palmer! For those who Level 2 and 1, keep it going. Consistency is always tough. It is something that I struggle with all the time.

Number 1 in Sales for campaign 26 is Michelle Kampwerth with $198 in sales! Way to go!

Our team sales for Campaign 26 is $2766 and YTD is $67,051. As a team, we are up 139% from last year’s sales. Covid had kept me homebound for awhile.

If you haven’t started a team, this is another opportunity you may want to look into.

Campaign 25 Team Sales

NOTE: I am very sorry that this is coming out so late. As some of you already know, I have COVID and some days have been a struggle. I have attempted this a couple of times. Better late than not at all!

Campaign 25 produced quite a few challenge winners! I am so proud of you all. The best news is that we had some new teammates that became apart of the Sales Challenge! I love this! A big Congratulations on getting level 4, Michelle Kampwerth, you are shining bright. Level 2 winners are Angie, Jessica, and Kristina. Level 1 winners Ann, Rhonda, and Victoria you girls have done an amazing job.

A note Avon makes amazing Christmas gifts. Think about those people on your shopping list and get your orders in for Christmas. Family out of state? No problem, go to your online store and send it directly to them.

Campaign 24 Avon Sales

Well, this campaign was not the best in sales! Sometimes campaigns are that way. I just put more effort into the next campaign. The best news is that we had 3 teammates win the Sales Challenge! Campaign 23 Team Sales

Where do I begin? I have to say that this Campaign was good. We had 4 teammates who achieved my Sales Challenge! I love this! A big Congratulations to them, Kristina Palmer, Jessica Guerrero, Michelle Kampwerth, and Susan Kennedy! You girls have done an amazing job. Honorable mentions to Tia Her, she is brand new to the team! Angie Cole, Yvette Homes, and Kimberly Phillips I want to say thank you for placing your orders too!

It is that time of the year, that we need to order brochures early. Holiday books always go fast. If you do not get any, share your links online for the digital or traditional brochure.

The holidays are here. Things tend to come out in phases. Some things will sell out very fast. Encourage people to shop online to ensure that they will get the item. The last thing you want is for some to lose out on their holiday item. If you find that something is out of stock, ask in our group, someone may have one to sell. This time of year tends to go fast.

Team Sales Campaign 21

Campaign 21, 2020 is over with and a big thank you to all who placed an order. The best news is that we had quite a few of you who won some part of the Sales Challenge! I love it and this was at different levels! A big congratulations to all of you! You girls have done an amazing job.

I am excited to have the holiday shopping come around. Now is the time to make plans on this. You can do Facebook events, hold an open house, and some areas they are having festivals or shows. Check with your churches or community to find out about events and festivals.

Have you ever thought of starting your own Avon Team? I am that I started mine I do wish that Avon had a better program for this. Keep in touch with your team. The lady that I was placed under decided to leave Avon all together, which left me on my own. Thank God for other leaders that wanted to share things along the way. Team Beauty Boss Sales C-20

Well, it is so exciting to see that the sales were good! Where do I begin? I have to say that this Campaign was a so-so one. I am ready for all of the holiday stuff. We had one winner this time in the c-20 Sales Challenge! This was the last Campaign for the Skin Care Sales Challenge. The new Sales Challenge for C-21 and C-22 is all about makeup.

The winner of the C-20 Sales Challenge is Michelle Kampwerth! Congratulations, on a job well done! In fact, Michelle has won all three times in this challenge. She is working on that Premier Level.

Our team sales for Campaign 20 are $1,604 and $52,981 YTD. As a team, we are up 65.94% from the last 26 campaign sales. Quite an achievement in that too. If you haven’t started a team, this is another option, too.

When you hit the Premier Level which will give you a 5% increase in commissions. For every $200 in Sales New Reps will get a $20 bonus. Pathway to Premier is for your first 8 campaigns only. Do you set a sales goal?

Do you need help with either of these? I do make a plan and always a sales goal. Do I always make them NO! But I love it when I exceed them. You need to have a base in mind and really stick with it. We are talking a short term goal (two weeks) and a long term goal (year). You can always have a mega goal (will take a few years).

Campaign 18 Sales

Wow! What can I say you all are amazing! There are so many people that are in different stages with Avon. Please feel free to reach out and ask anyone of us if you have any questions. I know that Avon can be very overwhelming at times. There is lots to take in and two weeks goes by faster than you think.

The Sales Challenge

During Campaign 18, I decided to create a Sales Challenge. The Sales Challenge is selling Avon, I think we needed something to kick off 4 quarter. The Sales Challenge was to sell $225 for each of the campaigns, which is Campaigns 18, 19, and 20. I am so proud that two of our teammates achieved this. A big Congratulations, to Lisa Torres and Michelle Kampwerth. This was above and beyond since the challenge was announced 5 days before the campaign ended. Awesome selling to you both!

Campaign 17 Sales

Campaign 17 seemed to start off a bit slow. I was happy to see it picked up in the end. What are your thoughts on this?

During the summer it is so hard to figure out customers. Distractions are abundant while the kids are out of school. It is more important than ever to follow up with your customers. This is a weak spot for me, trust me on this. I am getting better with it. I forget things all the time, I need to keep notes and alerts on my phone.

WE are all still battling COVID and businesses opening and closing. If you are not able to get out, keep posting on all of your social media accounts. Avon has a great program that you will help you called Avon Social. Take advantage of this if you are not using it.

You all should be reaching out to past customers, take advantage of My Dashboard. You can find this on Avonnow.com> go to Manage Business> then My Dashboard is there. This will tell you more about whom to follow up.

I realize that these are getting to you later than I want. But with all that is going on with the Cornoavirus, I have been busy with both my job and Avon. Sales are heading upwards. When you are working your Avon business, you should be following up with customers. Remind them that orders are going in or their favorite item is on sale. People get busy and forget to call you. Plant seeds and water your grass!
